Learn how to install, configure and use the OCI Command Line Interface.
One can administer the OCI environment through the web console, but that isn’t always enough. You will need to use the OCI Command Line Interface too, so that you can script operations, perhaps schedule them, with guaranteed repeatable results. This tutorial demonstrates installing the CLI into a linux Compute Instance, configuring it, and running a few basic commands. It’s an essential tool for anyone working with OCI.
