In the current release of ORDS, 22.x, Uncle Oracle has changed the configuration routine. Completely. The tutorial demonstrates configuring ORDS22 for APEX, and deploying it to Tomcat. The documentation for this is less than perfect, but if you follow our routine you will not go wrong.
